What rusts on a work truck

How the morning runs

One truck is priced off the menu by size and booked for a time, seven days a week between 9 and 10. Two to five trucks are scheduled back to back on one morning, or spread across the week so nothing is off the road at the same time as anything else. Past a few units it is quoted per vehicle in writing, once, not re-negotiated each year.

Five or more: the fleet deal

Fleet deal: five-vehicle minimum, the sixth vehicle is free. Commercial vehicles are quoted per unit — tell us what you run and how many through the quote form and you have a number the same day. Every job is invoiced to the business name.

Every autumn, before the season ends

The cheapest year to do a work truck is its first. After that it is the annual touch-up, ideally late summer or early autumn when the job season slows and before the salt trucks go out. We keep a record of what was done and when, so next year is a text, not a decision.
